How Does it Work?
You will pay 20% of the listed price up front. Then, you’ll make 4 payments (automatically charged to the original payment method you choose) over 8 weeks and your item will ship after your final payment. Once you put an item on layaway, the price will not change.
There are no fees for overdue or canceled layaway plans. If you miss a payment, Amazon will send you an email to inform you that the payment is late. Once your layaway balance is overdue, you will not be able to open any additional layaway plans with Amazon.
Note that only items shipped and sold by Amazon are eligible for layaway and availability seems to be very limited at the moment.
